MEADOWLAND DEVELOPERS, INCORPORATED was first established in the year 1992 as a single proprietorship business company principally engaged in general engineering, building and construction, as well as in major real estate developments, that was known then as Meadowland Realty.

With the company’s steady growth that has remained consistent over the years, the transformation towards a corporate entity has proven to be needed. Thus, the birth of the Meadowland Developers Incorporated, a stock corporation established on January of 2004 Certificate of Registration No. CS 200425097 issued by the Securities of Exchange Commission.
Our key personnel have vast experiences in the field of engineering, especially in project feasibility studies, detailed designs and planning. As well as project management and engineering supervision, most particularly in the field of hydropower development and land and reclamation development.
Currently, Meadowland is rendering consultancy services in project feasibility studies and detailed engineering and design on several hydropower projects all over the Philippines
